What is the Multi-Company plan for?
Multi-Company ($499/month) is designed for businesses with multiple legal entities or accounting firms managing multiple clients. It supports up to 25 separate company workspaces, each with its own vendors, connections, approval rules, and audit trail.
Can I change plans as my team grows?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do Trusted Advisors count against my user seat limit?
No — Trusted Advisors have their own separate allowance per plan (Essentials: 2, Professional: 5, Multi-Company: 10) and do not consume regular user seats.
