These Terms of Service govern your use of the ApprovedAP platform operated by ApprovedAP, Inc. By using ApprovedAP, you agree to these terms.
ApprovedAP is a vendor compliance management platform for accounts payable teams. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
ApprovedAP offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You retain ownership of all data you import or create in ApprovedAP. We do not sell your data to third parties. We process your data only to provide the platform services described in our Privacy Policy.
ApprovedAP is a compliance monitoring tool, not a payment processor or fraud guarantee. We are not liable for any losses resulting from vendor fraud, payment errors, or unauthorized transactions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
